Corporate Social Responsibility Programs

Synopsys places a high value on partnering with the communities where our employees work and live. Many Synopsys India employees are active participants in community volunteer programs. As a company that values education and well-being, Synopsys is committed to ensuring that underprivileged children have access to education and proper nutrition.

  • Parikrma Program for Education
  • Since 2006, Synopsys has partnered with the Agastya International Foundation to nurture scientific thinking among students from rural areas by sponsoring mobile labs and computing equipment. This program helps students by providing hands-on training with various science models at their local schools.
  • Since 2003, Synopsys has been organizing an annual science fair for government high schools in Bangalore. The program includes workshops for both students and teachers. In 2012, Synopsys and Agastya took a step forward with a joint science and engineering initiative, "Anveshana", to develop innovation and creativity through mentoring by bridging the gap between underprivileged schools and engineering colleges.
